Promotions, New 'Ops Excellence' Team for RealityMine

Manchester, UK-based mobile device monitoring specialist RealityMine has announced three promotions to support client growth and ongoing product development: Craig Parker becomes Product Manager, Sarah Davis Head of Operational Excellence, and Richard Stewart Delivery Manager.

The firm, which also has offices in London and Stockholm, helps major MR and media organisations monitor real consumers on multiple devices, across all major platforms. A number of its key offerings sit under the 'RealLife' brand: Checkout, Profiles, Shopper and most recently Events.

Parker (pictured, below) has spent nearly a decade at the company, hitherto working in operational roles with a focus on the panellist experience, specifically improving onboarding and retention rates. In his new role he will work to further develop and improve client deliverables for data products.

Davis (pictured top) has been with the company for seven years, previously leading some of its biggest client projects and working holistically across all clients to bring panel health data and best practice guidance into everyday operations. In her new role, she will lead the team managing customer technical releases, cross functional process improvement and strategic programme management. Stewart (middle), who will join her in the new 'Operational Excellence' team, brings six years of RealityMine project and programme management experience to a new role encompassing adoption management, tracking the benefits of changes, and managing seamless transition for customers.
