InSites Names Director in Sydney

Global online communities specialist InSites Consulting has appointed former Crowd DNA exec Erryn Balzan as Business Director, based in Sydney, Australia.

Balzan (pictured) joins from cultural insights and strategy consultancy Crowd DNA, where he served as an AD, before which he spent more than six years at GalKal, latterly as an AD. Balzan began his career working for Kadence International in London.

He brings commercial experience to the leadership team in Sydney, as well as specialist knowledge in qual research design and implementation. Erica van Lieven, MD Australia and Managing Partner, comments: 'Erryn brings a wealth of experience in consumer and business banking, as well as media and digital research.
