Kantar has appointed Steve Silvers to lead its newly combined Creative & Media Solutions business, with responsibility for growth strategy and product innovation for the division. He is based in the US.
Kantar's Creative & Media Solutions Group includes industry measurement products, such as Link creative development and evaluation, Brand Lift Insights and ContextLab campaign effectiveness measurement tools, along with other ad measurement and targeting solutions. Silvers (pictured) joins after more than eight years at data and tech company Transunion (previously Neustar), where he was responsible for the P&L for Neustar's Identity, Audience and Clean Room businesses, and earlier served as General Manager of Neustar's Customer Experience division. Before this he worked for media intelligence specialist Aggregate Knowledge, which was acquired by Neustar in 2013.
In his new role as Executive Vice President, Creative & Media Solutions, Silvers reports to Chief Product Officer Ted Prince, who comments: 'With a deep technical background and extensive knowledge of the media and advertising industry, Steve is a leading force in global martech and adtech product development. As we deploy more advanced analytical capabilities and more closely integrate our creative and media evaluation products, Steve's solutions expertise and deep understanding of client requirements in the advertising industry will be enormous assets'.
