New York-based qualitative research platform Sympler has appointed long-time Phoenix Marketing International (PMI) execs John Schiela as Chief Client Officer and Kristin Jutton as Head of Marketing.
Sympler, which also operates in Australia, uses chat technology to draw out qualitative consumer insights, and its platform is used for concept testing, brand positioning, new product research and employee studies. Schiela joins after more than fifteen years at PMI, latterly as Chief Revenue Officer, before which he spent nearly a decade at TNS. Jutton previously spent sixteen years at PMI, most recently as SVP Marketing, reporting to Schiela.
Commenting on the appointments, co-founder Ben Jenkins said: 'Our clients return to us because we consistently deliver a deeper, more empathetic understanding of decision making that drives business. With the addition of John and Kristin, we have the strong team we need to keep pushing forward'.
