Technology and business services analyst and advisory firm HFS has appointed three Practice Leaders: Murali Thata for Banking, Financial Services and Insurance, Mike Finn for Employee Experience and Sustainability, and Ashish Chaturvedi for Supply chain, Retail, and Disruptive Tech.
HFS combines deep expertise with rapid demand-side analysis of Global 2000 companies, promising 'no-nonsense insights' into the major innovations impacting business operations - including automation and process intelligence, blockchain, the Metaverse and Web3.
Thata (pictured top) brings more than two decades of experience with financial services clients, including spells at HSBC, Wipro and TCS, across roles such as business operations, program management, strategic deals, platform monetization, business transformation, change management, and new business development.
Finn (centre) brings extensive experience as an academic and policy analyst in UK and European politics, to address issues and trends across the ESG spectrum. He worked as Head of Research and chief political speechwriter in the Office of the Leader of the Liberal Democrats, and was a Principal Policy Adviser to the late Charles Kennedy MP during his time as President of the European movement and a member of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe.
Chaturvedi is an experienced IT industry analyst and a member of the IDG Influencer Network. Most recently he was Principal Analyst and Program Lead for sourcing advisory firm ISG. He is the author od more than 65 research reports spanning retail technologies, enterprise modernization, low-code/no-code development, digital benchmarking and IT sourcing.
