Forsta Appoints Australia-based APAC MD

Research and CX tech provider Forsta has appointed long-time FinTech exec Henry Pooley as Managing Director for the Asia Pacific region. He is based in Sydney, Australia.

Formed last year through the merger of research software firms Confirmit and FocusVision, Forsta offers a 'Human Experience' technology platform, which brings together quant and qual research tools, analysis capabilities, storytelling and visualizations. Pooley (pictured) joins with nearly two decades' experience of managing and leading global sales and client management teams. Most recently, he was Chief Commercial Officer at payments and transaction management solutions company Fraedom (acquired by Visa in 2018). Before this he spent more than nine years in various director roles at American Express, overseeing the growth of the firm in Australia and the UK.
