In New York, programmatic targeting specialist Reset Digital has hired Nate Rackiewicz for the newly created role of Chief Data Officer.
Reset's 'Neuroprogrammatic' advertising platform promises brands the ability to engage omnichannel audiences based on what motivates them as people. According to the firm, this gives brands and publishers reach across all communities, including underrepresented audiences they could not reach in the past.
Rackiewicz (pictured) joins with more than twenty years' data science, analytics and engineering leadership experience. Most recently he worked for publishing group Gannett as Chief Data Officer, leading a global team that implemented the company's customer identity, data and growth analytics, as well as data science and modeling capabilities. Before this he was Head of Analytics at video game publisher Take-Two Interactive Software; SVP of Program Planning Operations & Analytics at HBO; and VP of Consumer Data and Analytics at A+E Networks.
Charles Cantu, CEO and founder of Reset Digital, comments: 'Nate sets a very high bar when it comes to ethics and acumen. We are all excited to learn and collaborate with Nate as he taps into his talents to drive massive wins for everyone we serve'.
