GroupM Hires Braybrook for Acceleration ANZ Launch

WPP's investment arm GroupM has appointed former MediaMonks exec Tom Braybrook as Managing Director, Australia & New Zealand, leading the local launch of its data and tech consulting business 'Acceleration'.

Tom BraybrookWPP acquired a majority stake in Acceleration a decade ago. The latter's services include behavior-driven content and path optimization using multivariate testing, web analytics, mobile and web app tracking and measurement, and social media marketing dialogue management and measurement. The firm's global network of consultants, data scientists, technologists and practitioners help advertisers focus on sustainable growth and build connections between media strategy, data and privacy practices, tech investments, and marketing goals.

Braybrook (pictured) joins from S4 Capital's content, data and media company MediaMonks, where he served as VP of Growth in Australia and New Zealand. Before this he was Head of Agencies & Partners, New Zealand at Google; Regional Product Manager, Adobe Analytics and Experience Platform; and Technology and Analytics Director at OMD Australia.
