Online community specialist C Space has promoted Kisha Payton to the newly created role of Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Officer, while Claire Kennard, Andy Fitzgibbons and Neha Mittal join the company's Senior Consultancy EMEA team.
A part of Interbrand Group, C Space provides clients with tailored customer programs including private online communities, in-person live events, visual storytelling, co-creation workshops and business consulting. The firm operates from offices in London, New York, Tokyo, San Francisco and Mexico City. Payton (pictured) joined in the US thirteen years ago, and has held roles ranging from client-side consulting to creative services, product marketing, and overseeing the development of the firm's employer brand. In her previous role as Americas VP, Payton focused on DEI education and culture change internally and externally with clients; and she also founded C Space's DEI Think Tank (now led by Keyona Osborne).

In London, Kennard and Fitzgibbons join as Business Directors. Kennard was previously at Truth Consulting, where as Chief Insight Planner she worked across a multitude of sectors, including finance, tech, food and personal care. In her new role she will head a team of twenty, working with clients in the beauty, hospitality, FMCG and technology sectors. Fitzgibbons previously served as Client Solutions Lead at Streetbees, before which he was Director Research Solutions at STRAT7 Bonamy Finch. He will now work with clients in the financial services and travel / hospitality sectors. Mittal also joins in London as Practice Director, after seven years at Ipsos, and a decade at Kantar in Malaysia, Dubai and India. At C Space, she will drive the growth of the UX practice.
