Shopper insights specialist Behaviorally is opening a new hub in Sydney, and has appointed former TNS and Colgate-Palmolive exec Lauren Kurensky to lead it.
Behaviorally combines a proprietary behavioral framework with insights and category expertise to help clients understand motivations for consumer purchasing. The firm's long list of recent international openings includes launching a Latin American hub in Mexico City, and new offices in NYC, Chicago and Dallas.
Kurensky (pictured), who has a degree in Behavioral Sciences, will work alongside VP Liam Gilbert in the recently opened Melbourne office to expand and support the Australian business. She brings more than twenty years of experience in the FMCG and retail industries, most recently from Shadow Wolves Insights to Action, which she co-founded, and earlier from senior consumer and shopper insights roles at global companies including Colgate-Palmolive and Ferrero. Before this she worked at Research International and TNS.
Group President Crispin Beale says of the appointment: 'With her passion for finding stories in data and understanding consumer behavior, Lauren will be a wonderful addition to our team to support our strategic vision to help our customers own the most valuable moment in marketing, which is when a sales transaction takes place'.
The firm is on the web at www.behaviorally.com .
