Experience management firm Alida has appointed Tanya Jarrett as Chief People Officer, leading its global people strategy and strengthening its initiatives for employee experience and DE&I.
Alida is headquartered in Canada and was previously known as Vision Critical. Its TXM platform promises clients access to an 'always-on' community of their most engaged customers. Recent additions to its offer include customer engagement tool Conversational Surveys and - earlier this month - new personalization, reporting and privacy capabilities.
Jarrett (pictured) brings more than twenty years of experience in technology, interactive entertainment, and the film and VFX industries: she was Chief People Officer at Tigera, a security for cloud-native applications company, and at professional services and SaaS company Traction on Demand; and earlier worked in senior leadership positions at Electronic Arts Canada, Sony Pictures Imageworks, and Urthecast.
CEO Ross Wainwright says of the hire: 'Tanya's experience building high-performance cultures and teams, alongside her strong passion for EX makes her an invaluable addition to the Alida leadership team. As a strategic HR executive, Tanya's extensive track record in leading global talent strategies through rapid growth will be an incredible asset as we continue to strengthen our momentum as a leader in the experience management market'.
