Shopper insights firm Behaviorally has appointed Francis He as Vice President, Market Development, based in Shanghai and servicing clients across Asia.
He brings more than twenty years' experience from firms including Kantar, Nielsen and The Walt Disney Company, and worked most recently as Senior Manager, Social Listening at Haleon. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Management and Systems.
Behaviorally combines a proprietary behavioral framework with insights and category expertise to help clients understand motivations for consumer purchasing. Yesterday it extended its TransactionPath suite with the launch of two new services, ShelfPath and DecisionPath, designed to understand 'New Retail' consumers shopping seamlessly across physical, social and other digital channels.
