Ben Leet has stepped down as CEO of UK-based insights and data firm Delineate, with former CEO and company founder James 'JT' Turner resuming the role.
Established in 2016, Delineate offers 'live, accurate and actionable' brand and campaign tracking data, and eighteen months ago transitioned to a full SaaS business model, launching a platform called Proximity which accesses consumers in more than 130 countries to provide real-time survey data via dashboards and APIs.
Leet joined in 2018 as Chief Customer Officer and was promoted to COO and then in 2021 to CEO. He comments: 'JT and I have built Delineate into what is now a very successful business, and I couldn't be prouder of our achievements. In particular, we weathered tough trading conditions around Covid whilst continuing to invest heavily in our technology, and now that we have a firmly established platform the time is right for me to pass the baton back to JT. I will remain an avid supporter of the company, and wish them every success in the future'. Turned adds: 'The company and I are incredibly grateful for Ben's energy and leadership over the past 5 years. He will remain a friend of the Delineate family, and we wish him every success in the future'.
The firm, which has doubled its headcount in the last six months, is online at www.delineate.ai .
