Healthcare Researcher Integro Hires Former Basis Execs

In the US, full-service pharmaceutical and healthcare insights agency Integro has appointed former Basis execs Marisha Johnson and Paolo Luciano as Directors.

Launched in February by three former execs of Hall & Partners and Basis Health - Nicola Harte, Scott Kressner and Soumya Roy - Integro focuses on four areas: exploring deeper emotions, explaining behavioral change, providing 'actionability' from research, and delivering 'fast and agile' solutions. This is achieved through a range of qual and quant approaches based on behavioral economics, psychology, communication, and marketing theories.

Johnson joins after more than four years at life sciences strategy and insight consultancy Basis, where she was a Director, before which she worked for Insight Strategy Group as Senior Analyst, and Hall & Partners as a Senior Analyst. Luciano also joins after more than four years at Basis, most recently as a Director, having previously worked for Ipsos as a Senior Account Manager.
