CXM Platform Sprinklr Opens Office in Gurgaon

Customer experience management (CXM) platform Sprinklr has expanded its presence in India, with the opening of an office in Gurgaon's business district. The firm plans to hire 400 new engineers for the new office by the end of the summer, and add more than 200 interns this month.

Rohit MunjalSprinklr's platform captures massive amounts of structured and unstructured data from customer engagements across more than thirty channels. In March, the firm launched a self-service version of its social media management solution Sprinklr Social, which includes publishing, engagement and reporting tools integrated with OpenAI's generative AI models.

The new office is the company's ninth location in Asia Pacific and second in India (the other is located in Bangalore) and will serve as the global research and development (R&D) hub for Sprinklr, equipped with amenities to support employee well-being and productivity, including a gym and meals.
