London-based research tech company Walr has appointed former System1 General Manager Stefan Heidenreich as Head of Key Accounts.
Walr was founded in October 2020 and aims to give researchers a data creation platform which is 'the only solution they'll ever need'. It acquired MR software business QuenchTec in 2021, and with around 80 employees now offers access to an audience of millions as well as on-point data visualisation.
Heidenreich (pictured) brings more than ten years of MR industry experience, including leadership of commercial activities across Europe and APAC at System1. Before this he was Global Director at GfK, executing go-to-market strategy for its AI-powered analytics platform. In his new role he will oversee Walr's account management and client services functions, leading a team of account managers.
CCO Ben Walton comments: 'Stefan's extensive industry experience, combined with his ability to find opportunities for innovation and creativity, make him the ideal candidate for this position. We are confident that his leadership and expertise will enable us to deliver exceptional service and results to our clients, streamline our processes, and drive success as we scale'.
