US research and training company Burke Inc. has promoted Ken Strunk to the role of COO, responsible for all research operations, ensuring the talent and resources across the organization are aligned to match client and business needs.
Employee-owned Burke uses research methodologies, analytical techniques and technology to support clients across all major industry sectors; and also provides MR and consumer insights education through The Burke Institute. Strunk (pictured) most recently served as SVP of Research Operations. He joined the business in 1990, since when he has been responsible for directing the activities of the sample department and overseeing all Burke's telephone data collection; and been instrumental in developing its data collection capabilities and processes.
