Senior Hire for Workplace Analytics Firm SWOOP

Australia-based digital workplace analytics provider SWOOP Analytics has appointed Gemma Saint as Director of Customer Success and Growth in North America.

The firm studies employees' digital behaviour and relationships in collaboration applications like Microsoft M365 and Teams, SharePoint intranet and Workplace from Meta, to help companies get the most from them. Saint has been a SWOOP customer for the past five years, and brings more than twenty years' experience in internal communication channel management, digital transformation and content creation at companies including B&Q, Virgin Media O2 & Carnival.

In her new role she will work with North American Director Coco Molina in the US market.

CEO Cai Kjaer says Saint brings real-life experience to the role, adding: 'She will provide expert support to our SWOOP customers in North America and we look forward to Gemma helping to grow our business in the US and Canada'.
