Brand and marketing insights company Shapiro+Raj has appointed Herminder Bains as Vice President, Head of Global Client Services. She is based in London.
Headquartered in Chicago, with additional offices in New York and Pune, India, Shapiro+Raj was formed in 2014 when business transformation specialist Zain Raj acquired a majority interest in independent MR firm Shapiro. The firm has integrated behavioral science principles with behavioral economic capabilities and says it has 'battle-tested' brand marketing experience to connect the dots between what consumers think, feel, say and do.
Bains (pictured) joins with more than twenty years' research, strategic insights and brand planning experience across the consumer goods, pharma and healthcare sectors. For the most recent eight years, she was a Partner at brand and communications research consultancy Hall & Partners. Earlier she was an independent healthcare strategy / insights consultant; an AD at the Research Partnership; and a Research Manager at TNS (now Kantar). Her background has included leading launches in various therapeutic areas, including neurology, cardiovascular, respiratory, oncology, immunology and vaccines.
In her new role, Bains is responsible for enhancing global partnerships with clients and suppliers.
