Manchester, UK-based full-service MR agency Mustard has appointed Abby Phinn as Research Manager and Robyn Mason as Senior Research Executive.
Founded in 1989, Mustard offers a range of services for customer satisfaction, brand research, segmentation, proposition / concept testing and U&A studies. Its Honeycomb business focuses on drawing real-time insights and data from existing sources of MR and other information across an organisation, then using analytics and data science approaches to turn this into 'more compelling' business advice.
Phinn joins after six years at Launchpad Research, where she latterly served as Research Manager, specialising in brand, product and shopper research, working across a number of sectors, including FMCG, education and utilities. Mason most recently worked for fashion brand Boohoo's in-house research team, where she specialised in U&A research for acquired brands including Dorothy Perkins, Burton and Wallis.
