In the US, online survey operations company OpinionRoute has launched an enterprise-level workflow platform called NavigatOR, helping researchers to streamline processes and enhance data quality via a combination of tech and industry expertise.
OpinionRoute uses proprietary workflow and data quality technology to modernize the survey research process. The new NavigatOR platform promises clients integrated access to previously launched data quality products CleanID and ResponseID, as well as the firm's new macro respondent quality index system, ORScore.
