Australian professional body The Research Society has appointed Titian Bartlau as Member Administration Manager, replacing Louise Jones; and Lisa Salas as Professional Standards Officer, to replace Jane Gregory who will leave later in the year after a transition period.
Jones left the organisation earlier this month. Bartlau brings more than twenty years of experience working in membership associations and membership programs, and will work part-time five days a week, eventually handling all the association's membership and corporate partner processes and enquiries.
Salas, who will work alongside Gregory for the next few months and who will add the role to existing work commitments, is a Fellow of the Society and has been an active member for seventeen years, including serving on the Standards, Compliance and Governance Committee since 2015. She brings more than 25 years of experience in MR, for clients in media, government, NFPs and sports in both Australia and the UK.
In addition, Sophie Allica joins on short term contract to assist Amy Mawn in the lead-up to the organisation's Conference at the end of August.
