Media measurement and optimization platform Integral Ad Science (IAS) has appointed Sam Cox as SVP of Product Management, based in New York City.
Cox joins with nearly two decades of experience in advertising technology and exchange-based trading, most recently from Amazon where he was Director of Technical Product Management, overseeing the retail giant's Demand Side Platform and the development of its targeting alternative, Signals Based Marketing. Before Amazon he was a Group Product Manager for Google's Ad Exchange (AdX). He holds a Master of Business Administration in strategy from Bayes Business School in London and a Bachelor of Arts with honors in art history, economics and Chinese language from Queen's University in Ontario, Canada.
In his new role, he will oversee global product strategy and execution for the Programmatic & Optimization Solutions product portfolio, including Context Control, Quality Sync and Total Visibility.
