UK-based healthcare insights company Research Partnership has appointed Sue Wild as President, US Pharma, while Tom Donnelly joins as a Director in the US MedTech division. Both will be based in the firm's Fort Washington, PA offices.
Research Partnership, which provides custom and syndicated insights for the healthcare industry, was acquired last year by Inizio (formerly Ashfield). As well as its Philadelphia office and London HQ, it has additional offices in New York, San Francisco, Lyon and Singapore, employs more than 220 healthcare specialists, and completes projects in over 80 different therapeutic areas.
Wild joins after a decade at Ipsos, where she latterly served as EVP, Qualitative Healthcare Sector Lead, led the Global Healthcare Qualitative Center of Excellence, and served as an in-house client engagement and business development expert. Prior to this she spent nearly fourteen years at GfK Healthcare, in roles encompassing qual and quant research as well as key account management.
In her new position, Wild will oversee all of RP's activities with its pharma client base in the US, and lead its teams based in Fort Washington, New York and San Francisco. She takes over from Sabera Hyderally, who will now focus exclusively on growing the company's MedTech division globally, with Donnelly reporting into her. CEO Gareth Phillips comments: 'With Sue at the helm, we are in excellent hands, and I know she will bring fresh ideas to help build on our success and deliver an exciting future for our teams and clients in the US'.
Donnelly joins with more than eighteen years' healthcare insights experience, nearly five spent as VP MedTech at Branding Science, and seven before that at MarketVision. Earlier he was an AD at Double Helix Development. In addition, he chairs Intellus Worldwide's Clear Health Communications Committee, and is a frequent industry author and presenter. Hyderally says of Donnelly's appointment: 'Tom brings a wealth of experience and valuable knowledge to the MedTech team which will be vital as we continue our ambitious plans to grow and develop solutions for our clients'.
