Washington, DC-based public opinion interviewing services company American Directions Research Group has appointed Theresa Anderson as National Director of Operations, with complete oversight of all survey data collection interviewing operations, training and quality control.
Founded in the late 1980s, American Directions works exclusively in the US, conducting telephone, online, mail and in-person surveys for businesses, Federal government agencies and other organizations.
Anderson joins from the Nielsen company where she worked for eighteen years, first as Training Manager and then Call Center Leader, and most recently as Director of Call Center Operations.
