UK-based insights and data firm Delineate has expanded its London team with the appointment of former Ipsos exec Simon Staplehurst as Client Director. The company has also hired former Kantar execs Olga Roffey as Client Success Manager and David Lo as Senior Client Success Manager.
Founded in 2016 by James (JT) Turner, Delineate connects brands with their consumers through brand and campaign tracking data. In 2021, the firm made the transition to a full SaaS business model, with the launch of its Proximity platform - which accesses consumers in more than 130 countries, delivering real-time survey data via dashboards and APIs.
Staplehurst (pictured) previously served as Senior Research Director at financial services and insurance sector specialist FWD Consult; before which, he was Commercial Research Director at Bauer's specialist division, Sewells; and a Director at Octopus Research. Earlier he was Head of International Media at Ipsos, and he held senior roles at NOP World, and TNS (now Kantar). In his new role, Staplehurst will work with clients in the consumer-packaged goods and travel sectors.
In addition, Roffey joins after two years as Senior Client Executive at Kantar, and positions at Yonder Consulting, BDRC, and Perspective Research Services; and Lo was previously Client Manager, Brand Domain at Kantar; Research Manager at Harris Interactive; and an AD at NielsenIQ.
Commenting on the appointments, Turner said: 'London is a key client hub for us, and our growth here reinforces our commitment to providing cutting-edge technology and great talent for our clients, such as Coca-Cola. By expanding our teams in brand tracking, campaigns and media strategy, we are doubling down on our mission to deliver real-time actionable insights that drive business outcomes.'
