B2B information, analytics, events and eCommerce optimisation specialist Ascential (previously known as EMAP) has announced that its COO Paul Harrison will be leaving the company on 30th September to join cubic storage automation firm AutoStore, as CFO.
Ascential comprises two divisions: Digital Commerce and Intelligence, and Events. Harrison joined in 2016 as a Non-Executive Director, before taking up the full-time post of COO and Executive Director early last year. Prior to this he was CFO of Just Eat Takeaway; CFO of data activation specialist WANdisco; and spent more than sixteen years at Sage, where he latterly served as Group CFO.
From 30th October, Harrison will be CFO of AutoStore, whose CEO Mats Hovland Vikse comments: 'Paul brings outstanding experience as the CFO of dynamic global businesses and a deep understanding of disciplined value creation. He has a proven track record of developing high-performing finance teams and accelerating growth. I look forward to welcoming him to the management team'.
