In the US, specialist agency Integro Health has appointed Kristie Boland as Head of its Behavioral Sciences practice.
Integro, which was launched earlier this year by three former execs of Hall & Partners and Basis Health - Nicola Harte, Scott Kressner and Soumya Roy - focuses on four areas: exploring deeper emotions; explaining behavioral change; providing 'actionability' from research; and delivering 'fast and agile' solutions. Boland (pictured) joins with seventeen years' industry experience. Most recently, she was SVP at pharma and biotech consultancy Healogix, before which she worked for behavioral science agency BEESY Strategy as Senior Business Strategist. Earlier she held senior roles at Branding Science, BioVid and Naxion.
Boland specialises in the integration of multidisciplinary techniques - such as cognitive ergonomics, behavioral economics and analogical theorizing, in design and analytics. Commenting on the appointment, the founders said: 'As we continue to see rapid growth in our business, we feel that Kristie brings the right kind of skill set and mindset to help accelerate our expansion while ensuring that we continue to provide differentiated solutions to our client business challenges'.
