New York City-based customer experience management (CXM) platform Sprinklr has appointed Scott Harvey as Executive Vice President of Customer Operations.
Sprinklr describes itself as 'the first unified CXM platform for the enterprise', capturing massive amounts of structured and unstructured data from customer engagements on more than thirty channels. Harvey (pictured) joins from payment processing platform Stripe, where he served as Global Head of Technical Sales and Services, with responsibility for the pre-sales and post-sales divisions, focused on driving customer adoption and consumption of the company's products. Prior to this he spent more than six years in senior leadership positions at software company ServiceNow, including SVP of Solution Sales and SVP of Solution Consulting. He also spent more than twelve years in senior roles at cloud computing and virtualization technology company VMware.
In his new role, Harvey focus on optimizing customer-facing operations and will report directly to founder and CEO Ragy Thomas, joining the Executive Leadership Team. Thomas comments: 'Scott will help strengthen our pre- and post-sales rigor so sales can translate our world-class technology to measurable and transformative business value and our post sales can deliver on the promises made one hundred percent of the time'.
