Rewards and payment solutions provider Virtual Incentives has appointed former Ipsos, Kantar and Nielsen exec Frank Kelly as Market Research Practice Lead, based in Boston, Massachusetts.
New York-based Virtual Incentives helps clients to engage consumers using more than 1400 gift card brands, Virtual and Physical Visa, PayPal, Venmo, and Direct Bank deposits, and issues over $1 billion in payments to 182 countries and in 26 currencies. In July it partnered with panel management software company Sample Ninja, promising 'effortless' delivery of payouts to panels and communities.
Kelly (pictured) began his research career on the client side at Colgate Palmolive where he rose to Research Manager during a four-year stint in New York. In 1990 he moved to California to work for Nielsen and stayed for nearly nine years, finishing up as VP Global Marketing. Spells at Greenfield Online, TNS (in Amsterdam) and Lightspeed GMI followed, and for the last five years he has worked at Ipsos, in roles including Global Head of Operational Products and Global Head of Panel Platforms and Systems.
