Swiss-German-based customer experience analyst ISC-CX has announced the promotion of four female employees to director-level positions: Mujinga Muyombo, Márta Jakab, Lorella Graziano and Lama al Rifai.
ISC-CX provides in-store and omnichannel CX analysis for global retailers, and boasts a multilingual team in more than 120 countries. As well as customised retail audits, employee surveys and mystery shopping services, the company has recently launched an AI-powered mystery shopping program and VoC initiative reporting solution called Review Master, and a self-assessment tool called Close the Loop - Powered by AI, with which clients can identify and rectify operational deficiencies uncovered by audits or mystery shopping, while continually improving the customer experience.
Of the four women promoted, Muyombo has been with the company for six years and was a Project Manager before recent promotion to Area Operations Director; Jakab and al Rifai both move up from Country Operations Manager to Area Operations Director, the latter after fifteen years at the company; and Graziano after eleven years' service moves to Area Operations Director from Client Success Manager.
ISC-CX also recently appointed Kasia Filbrandt (pictured), Operations Director, International Projects as a member of the board. The company says it has a 70% female workforce representing 30 different nations among its 200 staff, and MD Reinhold Auer comments: 'Our diverse team is our strength. We value every individual's viewpoint, regardless of nationality or background'.
