AI-based insights solution Yabble is to enter the European market, and has appointed Ben Leet as Head of Sales, Europe. The firm is headquartered in New Zealand.
Founded as 'The Thinking Studio' in 2013 by former Kantar exec Kathryn Topp and branding specialist Rachel O'Shea, Yabble now focuses on an 'instant insights' platform using generative AI for 'every step of the research process', from data creation to analysis. Since appointing Doug Guion as its first Chief Growth Officer in the Spring, the company has launched a plugin on the ChatGPT plugin store, using social media and global trend data alongside AI to generate research samples 'in minutes'; and earlier this month launched a product which offers real-time interaction with virtual audiences, emulating real customers.
Leet stepped down as CEO of UK-based insights and data firm Delineate six months ago, allowing former CEO and company founder James 'JT' Turner to resume the role - Leet spent five years helping to drive the firm's rapid growth, initially as Chief Customer Officer. Earlier he worked as UK General Manager at YouGov, overseeing the sales, marketing and client services teams, after spells as European MD at both mobile survey specialist Dalia Research and online sampling and technology company uSamp / Instantly.
