Insights consultancy Verve has announced six promotions across its European team, including Lydia Martin to Research Director.
Originally focused specifically on community panels, Verve now describes its team as 'experts in cultural, human and artificial intelligence for supercharged insight and communities'. At the beginning of this year it launched a consultancy offer called Ignite AI, using artificial intelligence to uncover implicit emotions, patterns and 'cultural codes' at scale.
Martin (pictured above) has been with the company for more than four years, having joined from the University of Sussex where she was MR Officer, and earlier worked at Crowd DNA, Future Thinking and Spark Qualitative. With a lead role working for Samsung, one of Verve's key clients, she will continue to run strategic projects across its expanded proposition, and manage Samsung account development alongside the wider team.
Nina Luiggi (pictured below), who like Martin is based in London, has been promoted to Associate Director, having joined the company from Ipsos MORI eighteen months ago. Jay Daniells and Maya Fraser-Hall have been promoted to SRE roles in the Research team, while Grace James and Jo Airinei are promoted to Project Manager in the Operations team.
Executive Director Tim Martin comments: 'Nothing makes me happier than witnessing the success of our team. Their achievements are a testament to their commitment and talent - and their growth is our growth'.
