Bounteous Adds Two SVPs

Co-innovation and experience strategy consultancy Bounteous has expanded its leadership team with the addition of two new Senior Vice Presidents.

Bounteous assists clients via 'co-innovation' with strategy, experience design, technology, analytics and insight, and marketing.

Mike Swartz, formerly the MD of Client Strategy and Growth at Accenture Song, has been appointed as SVP, Business Development (Consumer). Ronak Desai, moving from his role as Head of Sales in Banking and Financial Services at Sutherland, has been named SVP, Business Development (Finance). Prior to Sutherland, Desai spent more than a decade at Cognizant, and he will now be responsible for helping Bounteous delivering value to financial clients.
