Three New Hires for Mustard

Manchester, UK-based agency Mustard has appointed Steven Searle as Data Operations Manager, Anna Hilliard as an SRE and Jennifer Burke as an MR Apprentice.

Mustard works across a broad range of sectors and describes its mission as helping clients make better, more informed decisions, helping them make or save money, reduce risk or deliver a social return on investment.

Searle (pictured top) has spent the last dozen years DJS Research, managing the data department, and brings experience in complex survey programming, data manipulation, tabulation, automation and web development. In his new role he will lead the data team and champion the agency's work on panel and survey quality improvement.

Hilliard (pictured middle) worked previously at Millward Brown, JRA and DJS, while Burke (pictured below) is Mustard's first appointment under the MRS's Market Research Apprenticeship scheme.
