New Research Hub BioBrain Launches

Former Ugam Solutions and Discuss exec Vinay Raj Rao has launched BioBrain, a platform which claims to 'seamlessly connect the entire research ecosystem' for improved efficiency and deeper insights.

BioBrain is built on the pillars of standardization, configurability and interoperability, and aims to streamline processes and automate tasks. The platform is based around a central hub which integrates with popular industry software and sample providers.

Data collection and analysis features include automated questionnaire conversion - the ability to 'effortlessly' convert any standard questionnaire into ready-to-program scripts for packages including Confirmit, Decipher and Qualtrics; a one-click data collection launch giving access to a network of pre-vetted sample providers; and automated data cleaning and validation.

The hub also feeds into interactive visualizations, storytelling and layered summaries, allowing for intuitive queries to dig deeper into data, and the export of decks for boardroom presentations.

Raj Rao spent seven years at Discuss, most recently as Client Success Director and earlier as an Account and Research Manager, and before this spent time at Manthan, Borderless Access, Toluna and Dexterity.
