Transaction data specialist Behaviorally has expanded its business development team in New York with the appointment of Director Peter Cloutier, and in Chicago where Shane Schultz joins as a Manager.

The agency calls the two new hires 'a significant step forward' in its commitment to strengthening its business development capabilities.
Cloutier (pictured top) brings more than two decades of leadership experience in business development, having led initiatives at firms including ChaseDesign, Epsilon, Catapult, and Ogilvy & Mather. Schultz (below) has more than a decade of experience in strategic sales and business development from companies such as Maru Group, inriver and Knighthouse Media.
