Former Schlesinger Germany MD Schmid Joins quotapoint

Germany-based facility and data collection provider quotapoint has appointed Stephan Schmid, former Managing Director of Schlesinger Group Germany, as Director / Member of Management.

quotapoint was established in 1998, employs around twenty MR professionals and has locations in Frankfurt, Cologne and Berlin. The company provides project management, research facilities, in-house recruitment for qual and quant projects, and face-to-face and digital research among consumers, businesses and healthcare audiences. Professional services such as moderation, reporting, translation services and local knowledge input for international studies complete the firm's offer.

Schmid (pictured) joined Schlesinger (now rebranded as Sago) when it acquired Schmiedl Marktforschung GmbH a dozen years ago - he was previously joint MD of the fieldwork services and focus group provider. Since January 2022 he has been Unit Director at SCHÖTTMER - RESEARCH HUB in Hamburg.
