Automotive marketing and software solutions firm Affinitiv has appointed Andy Byrne as its new Chief Revenue Officer.
Affinitiv supports more than 5,500 dealerships and 'all' major automakers across the USA with 'end-to-end' sales, service and marketing technologies. The platform consists of three 'Engines', focused on Customer Data, Marketing & Content, and Rendering & Delivery, and helps with sales, service and retention. The firm's AI and machine learning tech is combined with lifetime value and other models developed from billions of customer interactions, to predict a customer's likelihood of being in-market for a vehicle or specific vehicle services, and their anticipated sales and service spend over the next 3-5 years. This leads to the development of personas and the delivery of targeted messages to individuals throughout the lifecycle, from sales to service to repurchase.
Byrne (pictured) brings more than three decades of experience in driving revenue growth and operational efficiency. He spent eleven years in sales at software firm Infor Global Solutions, then worked at Openwave Messaging and Fidelis Cybersecurity before a five-year stint at IT security firm Ivanti, latterly as SVP and General Manager. In addition to in-depth sales experience, his focus includes strategic talent evaluation, recruitment and retention, go-to-market planning and execution, and revenue operations and optimization.
CEO Adam Meier says of the hire: 'Andy's proven track record of generating revenue and taking a customer-centric approach aligns perfectly with our mission: drive the next-generation customer experience with innovative solutions that empower automotive dealerships to succeed in today's competitive market'.
