Bilendi Hires New Country Manager for Sweden

European research agency Bilendi has appointed Cecilia Glauser as the Country Manager for Sweden, replacing Björn Söderlin.

Bilendi provides technology and services for data collection, both for market research and for customer engagement and loyalty. The group has operations in Europe's big 5 economies, the Nordic countries and Belgium, the Netherlands, Austria, Switzerland and Morocco. The firm's position in Germany, France and the UK was strengthened by its 2021 acquisition of respondi, and in 2023 it relaunched its Discuss platform with integrated AI features.

Glauser (pictured) has served as a Business Unit Lead at Nepa, co-founded a SaaS marketing company, spent six and a half years in IT and business development roles at retail group ICA and four at Swedish train company SJ.
