In New York, transaction insights specialist Behaviorally has announced the appointment of Richard Bell as Managing Director, Global Client Capabilities.

Richard BellBehaviorally helps clients to understand and influence behavior in the final moments along the path-to-purchase, the transaction, making use of what it says is the 'world's largest' database of behavioral consumer pack design metrics.

Bell (pictured) worked in corporate litigation and then brand strategy consulting before moving to consumer insights. The company's Global President Crispin Beale says Bell's track record of 'driving growth and fostering a culture of creativity and innovation' aligns perfectly with Behaviorally's vision for the future. He continues: 'As we continue to invest heavily in machine learning and data science, we are confident in our ability to deliver state-of-the-art AI-driven insights that help our global clients in the moment of marketing that matters most - when a purchase transaction takes place. This investment in tech and industry leadership is not about us though, it's all about delivering competitive advantage and sales uplifts for our clients all around the world. Richard is the latest hire in our global plans to use tech, and expertise, to deliver solutions to our clients faster, cheaper, and especially better'.
