Australian owned agency TKW Research Group has launched a new call centre in Suva, Fiji, promising 'CATI-quality data at online survey prices'.
TKW says the new centre is 'state-of-the-art', and due to 'operational efficiencies and project management expertise' will be able to keep prices down while providing quality data. A workforce including university-educated, experienced interviewers will adhere to global standards, and the centre will strictly observe ethical guidelines and fair-wage policies. The centre's time zone will allow the company to offer extended operational hours for international projects.
Company GM Mandy Admiraal (pictured) comments: 'We're delighted to unveil this important initiative. The Fiji call centre represents a significant leap in data collection affordability and accessibility. We believe this will empower businesses to unlock the true potential of market research and make strategic decisions based on robust insights'.
The firm is online at www.tkwresearch.com.au .
