Two C-Suite Hires for Qualtrics

Experience Management (XM) company Qualtrics has appointed Juan Rodriguez as Chief Information Officer and Assaf Keren joins Qualtrics as Chief Security Officer.

The firm, which was acquired by investors and taken private a year ago, provides solutions for clients to continually assess and improve the four 'core experiences': Customer, Employee, Product and Brand.

Rodriguez (pictured top) brings three decades of experience in engineering, systems and process design, most recently as CIO at Cloudflare and as EVP for Product Operations during more than ten years at Sage. In his new role he will lead Qualtrics' team focused on building, optimizing and transforming critical systems and processes helping clients to see returns on their investments in Qualtrics.

Keren (pictured below) has more than twenty years' experience building technology platforms and services, most recently as Chief Information Security Officer at PayPal. At Qualtrics he will lead a team evolving and strengthening product security, maintaining compliance with global regulations and partnering with security teams at the company's 20,000+ customers.
