Web and app digital experience analytics firm Glassbox has appointed former Instructure exec Michelle Suzuki as Chief Marketing Officer.
Glassbox was founded in 2010 as Clarisite; is headquartered in London, with offices in New York City and near Tel Aviv; and in 2021 raised $100m through an IPO. Its Digital Experience Intelligence platform automatically captures, visualizes and analyzes customer and prospect digital journeys in real time across web sites and mobile apps, presenting data in a single interface for product, UX, marketing, IT and analytics teams to assess performance, prioritize projects and optimize experiences. In January it launched a generative AI virtual assistant, GIA, and a month later it added a new solution called Voice of the Silent (VoS), which it says uses AI to correlate customer feedback with digital experience data across '100% of customers'.
Suzuki (pictured) brings more than 25 years of experience scaling and transforming high-growth companies across the globe. Most recently she led marketing at Instructure, helping to turn its international regions into rapid-growth SaaS businesses. A $2bn private-equity acquisition in 2019 was followed by a $3 billion IPO two years later. She was also the executive sponsor for the company's Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging (DIB) and Corporate Social Responsibility committees, and holds positions on several advisory boards, including the Utah state Advisory Committee for the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights.
Her new role includes leading initiatives to continue bringing Autonomous CX solutions to the market, as the company aims to establish itself as a leader in AI-fueled customer intelligence.
