Senior Hires and Returns for STRAT7 Incite

UK-based strategic research and planning consultancy STRAT7 Incite has continued a recent series of senior hires, bringing in Alex Banks as Senior Principal. Last month John Tearle and Emma Davies rejoined the company in senior roles.

STRAT7 was formed five years ago by specialist data and analytics agencies ResearchBods and Bonamy Finch, together with start-up LiFE, as a new entity aiming to help businesses and brands extract customer insights and interpret them to create data driven strategies. In its latest annual results the group reported a 48% increase in revenues to $76m for the fiscal year ended 30th June 2023.

Strategic consultancy Incite was acquired two and a half years ago from its former owner Kin + Carta for around £18m. STRAT7 Incite is is headquartered in London, with offices in New York, Chicago and San Francisco, and continues to expand its team rapidly. The group acquired UK consultancy Rainmakers CSI a year ago with the intention of integrating it with Incite, and has recently confirmed this merger.

Banks (pictured) joins from Quadrangle, where he worked for eighteen months, most recently as Insight Director, and before that spent two and a half years as an AD at Walnut Unlimited. Earlier he was an Analyst and Insight Exec at consumer electrical goods pioneer Dyson, during a four-year stay. At STRAT7 Incite, he will play a key role in driving excellence in the Services team, focusing on financial and utilities clients. The firm also announced last month that former staffers Tearle and Davies had returned to the fold, respectively as Senior Director - Head of Client Services, and Senior Director in the Consumer Team and Client Experience Lead. Both previously spent more than a decade at the agency. It also welcomed new starter Jordan Allbury-Ryman to its consumer team as a Principal, with experience of complex and high-profile client projects from firms including C Space, Verve and Hall & Partners.
