Alchemer Adds Full Service Option

In Louisville, Colorado, experience management and enterprise feedback tech firm Alchemer has launched a full service MR team, Alchemer Research Solutions, led by recently-appointed VP Brian Henley, which it says will help its clients quickly expand and scale their research capabilities.

Alchemer - formerly known as SurveyGizmo and supported by investor KKR - provides survey, workflow, audience, communication and analysis tools helping companies to 'close the loop with their customers and employees quickly and effectively'. Its products are integrated into common business systems, allowing use across organisations. Sixteen months ago it acquired mobile CX specialist Apptentive, and it has recently upgraded its crosstab reporting capabilities to improve speed and visualization as well as allowing clients to combine multiple surveys into a single report providing views across audience segments, timeframes, and touch points.

The new unit extends clients' capabilities by handling activities pre- and post-surveys, as well as management of entire projects from concept to analysis. Any research done through Alchemer Research Solutions is carried out using the customer's Alchemer account, which means they can access the survey, make adjustments, and view responses in real time. The new unit also taps the company's Alchemer Panel Services, giving businesses access to more than 200 million respondents in more than 100 countries.
