In London, Dentsu UK and Ireland has appointed a Chief Experience Officer (CXO), Indy Saha, with a remit to bring together its customer experience specialists across units including Dentsu Creative and Merkle.
Saha (pictured) joins from IDEO, where he was Executive Design Director, and brings nearly 30 years' experience of connecting CX into marketing, product and commerce solutions at firms including Brunswick, McKinsey, Google Creative Lab, TBWA\London, XBox and adidas.
Saha will join Dentsu's senior leadership team, reporting in to both Anne Stagg, CEO UK&I, dentsu CXM and Merkle, and Jessica Tamsedge, CEO UK&I, Dentsu Creative.
