Qual insights platform Voxpopme has announced key promotions within its Executive Team, and the launch of a research services arm. Braden Johnstone is promoted to Chief Customer Officer, Victoria Hedley to COO and Skyler Martinson to SVP of Finance.
The company, which combines video surveys, in-depth interviews, focus groups, AI-powered analysis and respondent recruitment in a centralized insights platform, said it was also 'renewing' Jamin Brazil's role as Chief Revenue Officer.
The new Voxpopme Services is a dedicated unit designed to deliver high quality and cost-effective research services to customers and agency partners, and is a response to evolving client needs, according to the firm.
CEO Andy Barraclough says the appointments are part of the firm's drive to improve client service and usher in the 'next stage of growth'. He comments: 'This team's passion for our goals and commitment to servicing our customers is second to none, and I'm thrilled to continue working with them as we embark on the next stage of Voxpopme's journey'. Johnstone will focus on enhancing customer experiences and 'ensuring the success of Voxpopme's clients', while Hedley will oversee its operations, aligning its resources with its strategic objectives. Martinson will guide the company's financial strategy and growth.
