In Pasadena, California, consumer behavior platform Azira has announced two appointments: Lenny Blyukher as SVP, Technology and Amy Holland SVP, Product.
Azira provides consumer insights based on behavioral analytics to help marketing and operational leaders in the retail, hospitality, travel, real estate, financial services and media sectors. Services include curating audiences, activating omnichannel campaigns, competitive intelligence and understanding footfall attribution, as well as operational insights for site selection and trade area analysis. The firm is headquartered in Los Angeles with offices in Paris, Bangalore, Singapore, Sydney and Tokyo.
Blyukher brings more than two decades of experience in engineering executive positions, from firms including Walmart, NinthDecimal and NearbyNow, and in his new role will focus on the adtech space, particularly location-based data, insights and measurement.
Holland has spent around 25 years working in leadership roles, most recently transforming product, licensing and operations for data science company Alteryx. She will now be responsible for Azira's long-range product strategy around changing customer needs and evolving policy.
CEO Gladys Kong (pictured) says of the hires: 'This is a critical time in the evolution of location-based insights. With their deep experience leading data and analytics-driven technology organizations, our new leaders are the right hires to help Azira meet and exceed the increasing expectations of our customers and partners as well as their consumers'.
