New Stateside Team for British-Based UX Researcher

User experience specialist UX24/7 has appointed three new staff to support contract wins in North America, led by Samantha LeVan.

Samantha LeVanThe firm offers UX research including full-service research solutions, building research programs and helping clients develop their own research functions. Headquartered in the UK, it has team members in the US and mainland Europe as well as a global network of accredited senior research consultants taking its total available resource to more than 160 senior UX researchers operating in more than 25 markets.

LeVan, who in addition to managing the US team will takes responsibility for part of the European team, working on one of the programs she is responsible for. Based in Minnesota, she reports to John Dumas, Consultancy Director. She brings around twenty years' experience to the role, including UX research positions at Greenhouse Software, Rite Aid, Paychex, The Mayo Clinic, Hireology, SuperValu and Corel.

Says Dumas: 'Establishing the US team is an important step in scaling our international research capability. With strong demand from the North American market over an extended period the timing was right to hire the team. Samantha has been a wonderful addition to the consultancy, and she is already having a positive impact on our clients, the team and the wider agency.
